The Quest 185 Cool is a very efficient split-system dehumidifier that removes  184 pints of water per day while it also removes 4300 BTUs/hr. of heat. The unit’s two-piece design transfers the sensible heat normally generated by the dehumidifier inside the room to the condensing unit (located outside the room). Removing this unwanted heat minimizes wasted energy by reducing room air conditioner run time. Like all Quest products, the Quest 185 Cool is made in the USA using the very best components and materials available.
